General Competition Rules Terms & Conditions – As at 9th September 2025, 1:25pm

1. By entering the promotion/competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The Promoter is: Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Stoney Creek employees, Helisika employees and/or Sika Foundation employees, their immediate families, its associated companies, agencies and their associated companies are ineligible to participate in the Stoney Creek 2025 Spring Sika Hind Hunt. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings and children.
4. The promotion starts at 6:00am 1st October 2025 and ends at 5:00pm 15th November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
5. To enter the promotion individuals must register at www.sikahindhunt.co.nz and pay the applicable entrance fee or book a hunting trip with Helisika during the Promotion Period to be entered automatically (entrance fee is covered in your Helisika booking). For Helisika bookings, Owhaoko C Blocks are not included in the competition.
6. The Promoter accepts no liability for late, lost or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. All jaws must be from animals shot during the Promotional Period. Jaws and photos can be submitted after 15th November 2025 and prior to 19th November 2025. All animals must be shot and/or photographed during the Promotional Period. If you are found to not comply with your hunting permit conditions your entry will be withdrawn.
7. The prize is split into the below categories; Random T-Shirt Major Prize Draw, Oldest Hind Jaw, Most Hind Jaws (DOC Land), Random Hind Jaw (Spot Prize), Live Stag Photo Competition, Other Photo Competitions and a Kids Colouring Competition.

9. All prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. All registrants entered into the competition are dissuaded from shooting any stags of hinds with fawns at foot during the Promotional Period. Male jaws will be aged but will not count towards any of the prizes. All jaws will be aged by the Sika Foundation.
11. All prizes will be for individuals not a collective hunting party. Once all entries have been verified the winners will be drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends and announced at the prize giving/function which will be held on Saturday 22nd November 2025. Entrance into the competition includes your ticket to the prizegiving and function. To be eligible for the major Random T-Shirt Prize Draw you must be at the prizegiving, wearing your Stoney Creek 2025 Spring Hind Hunting competition t-shirt, that was included in the competition goodie bag, and make it to the stage within 60 seconds of being drawn. Failure to meet all criteria will result in a redraw, taken place at the judge’s discretion. All prize draws are final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Stoney Creek NZ, Sika Hind Hunt Competition and Helisika social media pages and websites once the winners have been verified and contacted. If the prize winners cannot be contacted within five days, at Stoney Creek’s option those winners will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
13. By entering this promotion you agree to give Stoney Creek and its third party partners the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by Stoney Creek please advise in writing to marketing@stoneycreek.co.nz.
14. By claiming the Prize(s) the winner(s) agree for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on Stoney Creek’s, Helisika and the Sika Hind Hunting Competition’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The winner(s) agree to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on Stoney Creek’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases.
15. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Stoney Creek and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize.
16. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, Stoney Creek’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. All entries become the property of Stoney Creek. By entering the promotion entrants understand and agree that Stoney Creek may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winner of the Promotion. Stoney Creek will only continue to contact entrants if they have agreed to receive Stoney Creek’s email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws.
18. Personal information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Stoney Creek Website. To read the privacy policy please visit www.stoneycreek.co.nz. Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd may share this data with trusted third parties (such as our Sika Hind Hunt Competition Strategic and Platinum Partners) for marketing and business analysis purposes.
19. Under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Stoney Creek in writing to Stoney Creek Personal Information, Marketing Department, Stoney Creek, P.O. Box 13 246, Tauranga, 3141. 20. Stoney Creek reserves the right to modify these rules, extend, suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time.

Oldest Hind Jaw Terms & Conditions
1. Jaws must be submitted in the Sika Foundation jaw boxes. Locations are as follows; Helisika, Poronui, Kaimanawa Alpine Adventures (Waipakihi Road), Clements Mill Road entrance, Tauranga Taupo Garage, Hukanui Road in Napier (old East Kaweka Helicopters Hanger), and the Rivers to Ranges Shop in Hastings.
2. The final check of jaw boxes will be on the 19th November at 12:00pm.
3. Jaws must be submitted with the correct information recorded on the jaw card.
4. Only Sika Hind jaws will be aged and count towards the competition.
5. Jaws will be aged by the Sika foundation. Aging results are final and there will be no disputing jaw ages after aging.

Most Hind Jaws (DOC Land Only) Terms & Conditions
1. Most Hind jaws prize category will only be valid for parties flying into and hunting DOC land, Heli Sika private drop off points with DOC land access will be eligible for this category.
2. Male jaws will not be counted towards the total.
3. If there is more than one individual with equal number of hind jaws, the winner will be decided by the highest collective ages of all their submitted jaws.
4. Total number of jaws can be counted across multiple trips if the dates are within the Promotional Period. However, they will only count for trips into DOC land (e.g. deer shot on private land will not be counted towards the total).
5. Photos will be required with the entered hunter and each animal shot for the jaws to be counted.

Photo Competitions Terms & Conditions
1. Each individual entered into the competition is allowed to submit one photo only.
2. Photos must be taken within the Promotional Period of the competition.
3. Photos need to be submitted via the competition website www.sikahindhunt.co.nz/photo-competition or emailed to marketing@stoneycreek.co.nz before 5:00pm Saturday 15th November 2025.
4. Photos must be of a live Sika Stag.
5. Winner of the photo competition will be selected by a panel of three judges who will be a representative of the Sika Foundation, Helisika and Stoney Creek.
6. For the entry to be valid you can only send one entry per email address, if you send through more than one photo all entries will be deemed invalid.
7. For the selected winner of this category, you may be required to present the photo on the original device it was shot, with a time stamp to verify the photo was taken within the Promotional Period.

Kids Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Limit is to one entry per person.
2. Entries can be submitted at the prize giving where they will be displayed on the Kids Colouring Competition submissions wall. Any entries submitted beforehand can be physically taken or sent by post to Escape Aviation Office, 1105 Anzac Memorial Drive, Wharewaka, Taupo 3330.
3. All entries need to be received by 4:00pm Saturday 22nd November 2025.
4. Winners of the Kids Colouring Competition will be selected by a panel of three judges whom will be a representative of the Sika Foundation, Helisika and Stoney Creek.
5. Age verification may be required to ensure each child has entered under the correct age group category.
